Step 1
Call the HCA Platinum Choice helpline on 020 7079 4355 and tell them which procedures you are interested in and that you are a Platinum Choice member.

Visit www.hcaplatinumchoice.co.uk and use the enquiry form to tell us which procedures you are interested in. We will contact you with details of hospitals and consultants to choose from, together with an indication of prices. Individual costs for treatments vary so you will need to discuss this in detail with your chosen surgeon and hospital.

Step 2
Download a Self-Pay voucher from www.hcaplatinumchoice.co.uk which will entitle you to your discount upon presentation.

Step 3
Make an initial appointment with your chosen hospital and consultant. When you go for your appointment, show your Self-Pay voucher when you register.

Step 4
After your initial appointment, if you choose to go ahead, inform the Platinum Choice helpline on 020 7079 4355 and confirm that you plan to proceed.

Step 5
Arrange your care direct with the hospital at a time to suit you. Don’t forget to present your Self-Pay voucher when you pay your bill. The hospital will automatically deduct your discount from the final cost of your treatment*.

* For some treatments and procedures the consultant fees are not discounted as part of the scheme. In this instance the discount will be applied to hospital accommodation, medical supplies and nursing care.
