When you use your company private medical insurance
and you are visiting one of our hospitals or clinics for an
inpatient stay or treatment, please follow these simple steps to
ensure that your benefits are included:
Step 1 Call the HCA Platinum Choice helpline with your
membership card on 020 7079 4355 and tell them
that you are a Platinum Choice member and where
and when you will be admitted.

Visit www.hcaplatinumchoice.co.uk and use
the inpatient fast track form to provide us
with your admission dates. As we keep a record of
companies who are members of Platinum Choice, the hospital you will be visiting will know you are a member
Step 2 When you arrive at the hospital or clinic for your treatment,
please show your membership card.
One of our dedicated Platinum Choice service managers
will take care of everything for you.
Step 3 Patients are required to call a minimum of 48 hours
prior to admission to book a chauffeur (for directors, senior management or named employees) and to confirm accommodation for a family member.*
To ensure you receive your Platinum Choice benefits,
it is important prior to visiting one of our hospitals or clinics
that you confirm your booking by calling the Platinum Choice helpline or by registering via IN PATIENT fast track online.
* This is subject to clinical need which means that on occasions the patient may
need to be cared for in an area where it is not possible to accommodate a partner, either due to the seriousness of their condition or lack of space within
the room. In these instances we will arrange accommodation for one night at a
local hotel specified by the hospital.
